How powerful is a 15-minute workout?
Many people cannot decide what workout to do. People kill themselves at the gym only to see their shape remain unchanged. Let’s talk about Teresa Tapp’s 15-minute Basic Workout Plus. What makes this workout and all of T-Tapp’s workouts so powerful is proper form. Proper form means linear alignment.
What is linear alignment?
Linear alignment is having your body in alignment in order to get results. A standing T-Tapp workout starts with knees bent to the end of your feet. Next, belly button to spine is used to tuck the behind. No kidney bean shape in your back. This really heats up the spine.
Lift ribs up and bring your shoulders back. Bringing your shoulders back automatically sets your lats. Never press your shoulders down. Just bring them back. The lats are the largest muscles under your shoulder blades that wrap around your ribs. Setting the lats burns back fat.
Hormonal benefits of Basic Workout Plus
I only do Teresa’s shorter workouts. The hormonal benefits have been no more hot flashes for me. Many of her clients, including myself, lose weight though we have hypothyroidism. No menopause belly for us either.

Losing fat and gaining muscle
Since T-Tapp increases the muscle around the spine, glucose is burned. It actually turns us into fat burning machines. While getting smaller, one may experience weight gain of 7-8 pounds of muscle.
That extra muscle keeps us burning fat while not having to starve. I eat good and easily fit into my clothes.
